Our practice is centered on complex civil business litigation.  In addition to extensive experience in breach of contract, fraud and other more common elements of commercial litigation, we specialize in antitrust and unfair competition, crude oil, natural gas and geothermal resources law, and environmental law, including CERCLA and HSAA.  We have extensive experience in very complicated and difficult cases and we are able to take them from the complaint and discovery through trial and appeal.
